Adjacent is a gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a dining area that has a large glass top table that seats six. Looking out, you ll find a large balcony beyond the glass doors that open to let in the cool sea breezes. Just off of the living room is the master bedroom suite with private bath and balcony. Downstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, also with private baths, and plenty of closets to store your suitcases, golf clubs, surfboards and other vacation gear. There is also a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer.

From the lower level, you can exit the home, walk down a few stairs and enjoy the covered outdoor entertainment area next to the infinity edge pool. This level has comfortable lounge furniture, and another glass top dining table for 6 and a barbecue area with a largegas grill, sink and refrigerator under the granite counter top bar. A sturdy staircase leads down to a secluded beach, perfect for low tide swimming and exploring. On the property, there is a guard house with 24 hour live-in security.
