I was running previously a windows 10 64bit. Don't know why but my USB port stopped working.

Looking into the device manager I found that PCi port and PCI Serial Port Controller had a yellow indication mark on it. I reinstalled windows to windows 7 64bit so that the lost drivers must be self installed but nothing happened. While trying to update PCI Port driver I accidently uninstalled it. Please help how can I reinstall that and fix both issues. I really need help because I have very much use for usb ports for transferring media in mobile phones.
