It contains the folders of all installed add-ins the way it is shown below in the menu: Open the help of some installed add-in and see the 'Introduction' or 'Working with the program' sections to find the description on what control items it adds to the Microsoft Outlook toolbar and menu and under what conditions these items become visible and available.

Hi there, After saving your publication, on top of publisher make sure that you are using the E-mail merge option and not just the mail merge (I don't know what the difference is but I tried recreating your problem and believe me I had a hard time cracking it) Mail merge gets me a different result but when I tried E-mail merge that's where to pop up box came up to send it to someone.
